MicroMark G3 is a compact, functional bench top laser marker that is able to meet the most varied production requirements at a competitive price. The system is configured to work with a robot if required. The automatic electric door allows the door opening/closing times to be managed in the software and makes the machine capable of working autonomously (without an operator). Furthermore, the structure with opening on three sides simplifies the loading and processing of parts longer than the machine working area. This system can be integrated with a vision system, 3D head and rotary axis. The worktop is made of hard anodised aluminium drilled at 50 pitch to ensure easy, accurate part positioning. The system includes a built in PC and monitor and FlyCAD/FlyControl software package. The MicroMark G3 has a three-sided vertical opening door for convenient and easy access to the marking compartment. Working with the door open and goggles on, it is also possible to mark large workpieces comfortably and functionally. On this laser marker, the electrical panel and laser source are fully integrated at the rear of the machine, avoiding any clutter on the workbench. For maximum efficiency, it has an optimal ratio between the worktop size (590mm) and the external layout (710mm). Positioning is facilitated by the use of the joystick which, together with the SmartFocus focusing system, allows the operator to quickly find the correct Z-axis position for marking both flat surfaces and complex geometries.
