Description

The boiler injection machine is a product that has the flexibility of using high density, low fluidity value and granular mixtures such as calcium-based construction chemicals, cement, gypsum, ready-mixed plaster, alum, bolt grout at high pressure in horizontal-vertical pumping and injection works. It provides successful solutions for ground filling of structures such as bridges, buildings, dams, filling of rock bolts, anchors and rock cracks with cement grout, all kinds of mortar, clay, mud pumping and all kinds of fluid / semi-fluid material handling in horizontal and vertical directions. Working principle: With the integrated mixer bowl and water inlet, the mixture in desired proportions can be easily prepared and ready-made mixtures can be used. The material in the boiler is conveyed to the application point with the hose. With the help of adapters, tips of any diameter and feature can be connected and worked according to need. Pumping is carried out with the help of a sheet helix at the exit of the boiler and a steel screw behind it. With its extremely simple design, efficiency, operation and service convenience are prioritized. Rotor replacement can be done easily and quickly without the need for qualified personnel, then no adjustment or calibration is required. All surfaces that come into contact with the material can be washed after use and are resistant to corrosion.
