The color pad printer with shuttle is designed with multitude of features. The construction features max. 100×150mm size plate, max. 170×200mm size worktable area and max. 85×130mm size printing area. The printer comes in 6 colors and operates at 700pcs/hr max. printing speed, 125mm shuttle stroke with air consumption of 169Litre/min(6bar). The complete 1220*920*1380 mm size machine is made of coin aluminum to provide a solid and light weight structure. The printer includes auto balanced doctor blade and in-built five-digit auto counter. Each function of the printer is controlled by microprocessor. The various feature of the printer includes ink roller for ink covering, independent pad up/down stroke and speed adjustment, 6-color, 5 color, 4-color, 2-color and 1-color printing, SMC cylinder and FESTO pneumactic parts. The printing speed can be adjusted to fulfill various requirements. The thick films undergoes "Inking twice, printing once". The printer can be swept forward/backward without lowering pad to avoid ink drying at intervals. The auto-air blowing process for drying ensures easy color registration.
