"Mica Widefield Live Cell has been designed for widefield fluorescence and transmitted light microscopy. The extensive automation combined with an intuitive user interface allow for an easy handling of the high-performant system. The microhub is equipped with 4 LEDs and the FluoSync detector unit for widefield microscopy – thus allowing the handling of samples with a wide excitation and detection spectrum.
The entire encapsulated inner sample space can be climate controlled (temperature, CO2 and humidity regulation) and offers ideal conditions for live cell observation. The FluoSync powered simultaneous detection allows to acquire multiple labels without spatiotemporal mismatch.
Equipment for Hypoxia experiments is available optionally. Mica Widefield Live Cell can be upgraded to a Mica WideFocal Live Cell.
