The system seals all access points to the product that are not used during standard operations.
The ATS consists of a dorsal antenna cable and compact, radio-controlled electronic seals that can be applied even in very tight spaces.
The system does not use fiber optics, making installation more flexible and allowing sealing of components using micro-cables, even in areas unreachable by other systems.
Example applications: loading line couplers, degassers, monitors, filters, manways/racks, vacuum breakers, mechanical and electronic heads, or other customer-specific elements.
Certified for IECEx and ATEx compliance for use in Zone 1 environments.
Operation
• The system controller sends a signal to all seals every few seconds.
• If a seal fails to respond, an immediate alert is triggered, pinpointing the exact location of the attempted breach.
• Seals cannot be tampered with.
• All events are transmitted to a paired concentrator (DLC – see datasheet), which geolocates incidents with date and time stamps. Events are recorded either on the company server or in the cloud.
• Existing onboard navigation systems can also be integrated.
ATS is suitable not only for transporting high-value liquids such as fuels but also for hazardous liquids or pollutant sludges, where preventing accidental or intentional spillage during transport is critical.
Combining ATS with the DLC provides complete anti-fraud protection for tankers.
