Laser Level Control – A highly economical remote monitoring system for tracking the level/volume inside enclosed tanks.
Installation:
Mounting is done mechanically by screwing directly onto the tank lid using a built-in ¾” connector.
Features:
• Measurement of the liquid level and volume within the tank (metric table can be inserted)
• Four configurable level alarms (e.g., pre-minimum, minimum, pre-maximum, maximum)
• Web-based alarms. MFF2-type connection: optimized connectivity in the tank installation area. No physical SIM cards required
• Tank’s geographic location can be recorded
• Forecasting of tank refilling needs via web (e.g., pre-alarm for low level). A valuable service for the tank user. Rationalization of supply routes
• Daily automatic and silent monitoring of level/volume. Data logged on the web portal
• Alarm notifications via email for critical level/volume readings
• On-site real-time monitoring of level/volume during filling or inspection. A control magnet is provided for the operator, with LED indicators showing tank fill status
• On-board solar panel for power supply. Can be relocated (up to 2 meters) for underground or constantly shaded tanks. Integrated backup power via Long Life battery (minimum lifespan = 2 years)
The portal collects and displays the data.
The LLC system is not ATEX certified. An ATEX-certified version is currently in development.
