Total process control while preserving the working environment The Nanomaterial mixing mill was developed by Lescuyer teams to answer a current and future issue. Indeed, the appearance of nanoparticle additives in rubber mixtures can be a concern for the well-being of operators when characterizing materials. The mixing mill area is confined in an enclosure ensuring the control of airborne particles. The additives incorporation and mixing phases are automated through a robotic arm and the Vomery mixing system, a Lescuyer patent. This compact mill can integrate complete instrumentation including thermal camera and thickness monitoring. All Lescuyer mixing mills comply with the highest safety standards: NF EN 1417.
