The cooling lubricants liquid (on the basis of mineral oil, half or full-synthetic products) leaves the mixing unit perfectly homogeneous. The unit works after the injector venturi principle, whereby the water flow pressure produces a vacuum. Thus the adjusted quantity of the watermixable coolant is sucked in and mixed in the wateroperated vacuum pump optimally to a sturdy and homogeneous emulsion.
