About SAR40 Azimuth and Polarization Positioners SAR40 series are powerful single-axis positioners and provide suitable solutions in a wide operating torque range. There are two primary models, which can be used as both azimuth positioners and polarization positioners. Although SAR40 Series are used as antenna rotators mostly, they are also suitable for other positioning purposes, such as sensor positioning, factory automation, R&D applications, etc. SAR40 azimuth positioners and polarization positioners are compact, powerful, and suitable to perform heavy-duty operations in outdoor conditions continuously. They can resist dynamic loads resulting from wind action additionally static forces due to payloads. There are five submodels in azimuth positioners and five submodels in polarization positioners. The most powerful submodels among azimuth and polarization positioners are capable of delivering 828 Nm torque at a speed of 6.8 deg/sec. Please note that we provide this speed data in “loaded” condition to give an idea about our torque and speed characteristics. Our SAR40 Series positioners have positioning accuracy and repeatability within the range of ±0,02 degrees.They also satisfy Military Grade Standards MIL-STD-810F Tests like operating and storage temperature, humidity, vibration, shock, rain, and icing & freezing for validation in operation in harsh environments.
