Mechanical concrete internal vibrator BV

Powerful, reliable machines especially useful for large projects. BV mechanical poker vibrators have electric drive units or a petrol engine. The electric drive units are available in 230V/1-phase/50 Hz and 400V/3-phases/50 Hz. They are double insulated and thermally protected. All electric drive units are mounted on a sledgeform baseplate and have an impact resistant, plastic motorcasing protecting the unit from atmospheric influences and concrete. All drive units, electric and petrol, are equipped with a quick action coupling for easy replacement of the poker vibrators. Main characteristics The simple and unique design ensures maintenance free use, with no need for lubrication. Low shaft speed and high vibration frequency realise optimum compaction. Standard lengths including poker head are 4.5 – 6.5 and 10.5 meter. A powerful pendulum system. Consists of a rubber hose with steelbelt and springsteel-spiral, impervious to water, oil and chemicals.
