The vibrating beam consists of two profile beams equipped with a vibration unit in the middle of the beam. The profile beams are made of high-quality, wear-resistant aluminum and are torsion-free connected to each other. To ensure optimal flatness, the beams are equipped with an internal tensioning system, which prevents the structure from sagging over large spans. The tensioning of the profiles (concave or convex) is simply done by loosening or tightening the bolts at the ends. The vibration and switch unit are mounted on a quick-mount frame, and the switch unit is equipped with a 400V CEE connection. Using the quick-mount frame, the vibration unit can be installed on different beam lengths. The unit is standardly available with a 400V/3-phase/50 Hz electric motor or a gasoline engine. On request, it is also available in 42V/200 Hz/3-phase (via frequency converter). For these vibrating beams, height- and width-adjustable roller guides are available. These roller guides are equipped with nylon-mounted rubber rollers, which significantly reduce vibration transfer to the guiding system and ensure smooth movement.
