Designed using feedback from production managers worldwide, the Linx 9000 Series continuous inkjet (CIJ) printers address production challenges such as unplanned downtime, slow changeovers, coding errors and rising operating costs. Flexible print capabilities

• No daily printhead cleaning: AutoFlush and automatic cleaning routines clean the printhead at shutdown/startup with no solvent waste.
• Robust, knock-resistant printhead with no exposed parts to reduce risk of damage or blocked nozzles.
• Long service intervals: up to 24 months between services (model dependent); many service tasks can be self-serviced or completed by an engineer in less than 30 minutes.

Inks

• General purpose inks with excellent adhesion and contrast on porous and non-porous materials.
• Coloured inks for strong contrast on light and dark substrates.
• Process-specific inks for post-processes (e.g. sterilisation, chemical exposure).
• Enhanced EHS compliance inks: MEK-free, halogen-free, non-CMR and PFAS-free options for safer handling and improved workplace air quality.
