Space solar cells are the basic aero- space power source which can be assembled in aerospace solar module. They are essential compohents for satellite, space shuttle and space station. To conform with the strict quality control of space cells including the avoidance of fragmentation, cracked, scratch. defect and breakline, our system can provide automated inspection for appearance of cells, fluorescent examination(PL and EL luminescence image & spectrum), I-V curve characterization, and by-pass LED quality inspection, etc. Feature - GaAs Triple-junction solar ceils from AZUR Space, Spectrolab, or others - Simultaneous measurement and analysis of appearance, different junctions’ fluorescent characterization (PL/EL), I-V curve characterization, a- nd by-pass LED characterization - Quantitative Analysis Database - Automatic quality identification(Pass/F ail) - Integrate with temperature control platform to achieve automatic measurement of variable temperatures - Capability of thermal image inspection (option) - Automatic report output
