On each CMM, there is a dedicated client that makes the interface to METROLOGY GATE: on the server, the nominal template for your part is defined, and then all the inspection results and machine health data go to METROLOGY GATE without any user interaction. The server can be on an individual computer, a company network/server or stored in the cloud.
