And it does so at a highly impressive speed of up to 300 bars per minute – for round chocolate articles. It’s even faster with tablet-shaped products, where it can manage up to 350 packs per minute. The same orientation in the feeder ensures taut, tight rolls, with the longitudinal seam and ends optionally cold or heat-sealed. Or with open backing with five-end folding. Wrapped in one or two packaging materials, for example paper-backed or coated aluminum foil, composite film, or paper. But no matter which folding and closure method you choose, one thing is certain: with the RPM-S, everything rolls off the conveyor perfectly packaged.
