The deburring of CNC cut sheet metal was so far done manually with the use of power tools or by using through-feed machines. The SwingGrinder now offer a quicker mode at much lower costs. A grinding head comes with two rotating disc tools that are mounted onto a swinging arm. This is now equipped with a weight compensation device. The unit can easily be guided over the work piece. The grinding pressure will be a manual one. The workpiece's inside and outside edges are going to be processed from all the angles and directions. The grinding head can tilt 180° allowing a speedy change from the deburring disc to the rounding disc. Quick and easy deburring and rounding thus become possible.
