The Duotec series of tape extrusion line is the result of innovative research and development, combined with extensive industry experience to deliver high-quality PP and HDPE tapes, representing the most advanced technology in the Raffia industry after the migration from blown film to flat film production. We are the 1st to introduce cutting edge tape technology in 2007 which uses double stage stretching process where the tapes are pre-stretched before they enter the hot air oven for a final stretch, which significantly enhances the runability of the process and improves any one or mix of factors such as working speed, process efficiency, increased process stability, and tape properties etc. The Duotec series also offers the optional 2X advanced filtering system, which enables the processing of recycled PP and additives such as CaCO3 CaCO3 MB (AFMB)flexibility not only expands the range of products but also increases profitability and operational efficiency.
