The system consists of an aluminum base profile, an aluminum clamping profile, and a hardened, ground shaft (d=25) made of high-strength tool steel. During installation, the steel shaft is held in position within the base profile by pre-tensioning and then fixed by inserting the clamping profiles. LOXrail® 40 Rail system The LOXrail® 40 floor rail is designed for the movement of medium to heavy loads up to 60 tons. The three-part rail system, like the LOXrail® 25, consists of an aluminum base profile supplemented by an aluminum clamping profile and a ground, hardened shaft (d=40) made of high-strength tool steel.
