The finishing and denibbing of the windows is often a difficult and an often subjective, theoretically. But, if our focus lies on surfaces and the products' radii, then top-notch sanding results can be obtained using a throughfeed machine such as a DiscMaster that can specially used for woodsanding. If otherwise we need to need to sand to deeper profiles and rebates, then the unit that does sanding must also move along the profile, like in single piece processing. This is actually what the WindowMaster FA6D is devised and designed to do. The sash is fixed and pinned to the table through pneumatic means.
