Chlorine scrubber Packed bed scrubbers are versatile, reliable systems designed specifically for the neutralization or scrubbing of chlorine gas in emergency situations. Our systems can, of course, be adapted to meet customer requirements and specifications. Since different countries have varying standards and occupational safety regulations, we tailor our deliveries accordingly. The systems are supplied as CKD components to ensure cost-effective transportation to the installation site, where they can be easily assembled. Upon request, fully pre-assembled units are also available. In the scrubber, chlorine-contaminated air is drawn in, purified with neutralizing liquid, and freed from liquid droplets by a demister. A fan directs the air outside, with an optional recirculation into the building.
