Description

Universal CNC cutting machine with independent axis LYNX TERMCUT hot wire cutters are CNC machines with large working areas. They are ideally suited for the production of both short and long elements: building insulation, facade profiles, pipe insulation, prefabricated components, and many more. LYNX TERMCUT U line cutting machines thanks to the constant heating of the wire ensures precise and consistent cutting across the entire length. The wire temperature is kept on the same level during the whole process, providing repeatable results and reliable device operation. Our CNC foam cutters achieve excellent speed, cut smoothly and precisely, making them accessible and efficient to work with. TERMCUT U line cutting machines are 2-axis construction made from steel-reinforced aluminum profiles. Rigid construction together with bearing mechanisms of all moving elements support the constant speed and smoothness of movements throughout the working area. The cutting process is controlled by the software integrated with the CNC machine. It’s a 4-in-1 solution that combines design, conversion, cutting flow planning, and machine operation control functions. During the training, you will learn not only how to operate the machine, but also how to select wire parameters according to the density of the cut foam, whether it’s EPS or XPS. Suitable materials: • Expanded polystyrene block and sheets (EPS) • Extruded polystyrene sheet (XPS)
