Overview
MB600 is a video touch wheel balancer featuring an automatic gauge for accurate distance and diameter measurement, a Sonar system for automatic rim-width detection and a Laser Spotter that identifies the exact position for adhesive weight application inside the rim to ensure accurate correction.

MB600 includes Direct Matching to display optimal matching options for reducing eccentricity and Tyre Set software to suggest the best wheel position on the vehicle to minimize conicity and vibration. The OPB (One Plane Balancing) program indicates the exact point inside the rim where a single counterweight can correct imbalance. AutoAdaptive Mode detects wheel weight and dimensions and calculates an adaptive tolerance value to cancel steering-wheel vibrations and improve ride comfort.

The machine is fitted with an Automatic Approach system that stops the wheel near the correction points and an electric brake to lock the wheel in position.
