Mounted on sturdy steel frame.
Heavy Duty thrust, Housing, bearing dipped in oil.
Drive from main A. C. motor to screw is via rubber belts and pulleys and a reduction gear unit.
Barrel Heating by ceramic band heaters.
Cooling System for accurate temperature control provided.
Heating Control by temperture controller.
Cross Head & Die:
Compact in Design and having swivelling arrangement.
