M&R’s Auto Fogger C™ feeds a highly atomized “fog” through easily adjustable delivery arms that can be positioned exactly where needed to keep High Solids Acrylic (HSA) and water-based inks from “skinning over,” or drying in exposed mesh areas. Flow valves on each of the adjustable delivery arms allow operators to fine-tune the amount of fog being delivered to specific areas. The highly atomized “fog” is superior to “misting”-type nozzles, as the particles are so fine, they will not affect ink properties by settling or blending in with inks. The Auto Fogger C uses a central storage tank that creates a ultrasonic vapor that feeds out to a multi-channel dispersion tube system.
