The transmission is with chain (along with chain tensioner), with resultant low maintenance costs and a lighter structure if compared to a reduction gear. They ensure complete safety, as the operator has not to stay under the bucket while positioning the discharge pipe. The mixing buckets with side discharge are equipped with a seal kit with 2 years’ warranty and with anti-wear bolted paddle. The motor is fully protected for a greater durability. The mixing proves to be more homogeneous and requires less power and pressure. Upon request, it is possible to supply the mixer bucket with a protection grid with hydraulic opening or manual opening with gas springs. The concrete mixer bucket M3 model SL is equipped with:safety rounded grill with bag splitter, BOTTOM and bolted HELIX made of wear resistant steel 450 HBW, hydraulic motor fully protected, chain tensioner, electric valve with hydraulic hoses, electrical connection kit – hydraulic hoses, flat face couplings, hydraulic opening of the bottom through a cylinder with covered rod, unloading pipe L=1500 mm, coupling to the machine (standard bolted bracket, starting from the model BM 500 SL) NO NEED OF A POWER LINE Thanks to the mixing system planned for our mixing buckets with side discharge we can mix the concrete with the oil flowing in one direction. Thanks to the hydraulic locking, made according to our own design and mounted in place of the electrovalve, when we reverse the oil flow, we first open the discharge bottom. Once it has been completed open, the mixing starts again to allow the discharge.
