Description

Overview
Producing nitrogen directly on site with a MAC3 nitrogen generator means total independence and immediate availability. Generators produce nitrogen continuously, reducing costs associated with purchasing, transporting and storing nitrogen cylinders or tanks. The PSA technology used in these generators ensures high reliability, long-lasting autonomy and requires little maintenance.

Cutting-edge technology: the PSA system
MAC3 nitrogen generators are based on the pressure swing adsorption (PSA) principle. Compressed air is filtered and pre-treated to remove impurities, then passes through a column containing a carbon molecular sieve (CMS) that traps oxygen molecules and allows nitrogen to pass through. Alternating cycles of adsorption and regeneration produce nitrogen stably and continuously with a very high level of purity.
