PET recycling unit Recotrim®

Patented system for trim and film waste regranulation working in-line on stand alone. A co-rotating twin screw melts and plasticizes the material forcing it through a specifically designed extrusion die. An adjustable speed cutting system converts the strands into pellet sized granules. These pellets are air cooled using a vortex system and transferred into a spiral device for further cooling. The production capacity depends from the type of material and ranges from 7 to 40 kg/h.
