Description

The MACFAB 450 cardboard baler is an ideal solution for businesses to compact large volumes of waste cardboard boxes and plastic waste. This baler makes a bale of up to 450kg of cardboard which is considered a mill-sized bale. Bales can be tied with strapping or steel wire depending on the customers’ requirements. An excellent option for the industry where large amounts of packing waste are generated by incoming goods. The MACFAB 450s twin cylinder compaction cylinders give an even pressing force when compacting material. Compaction cylinders are normally lowered inside the bale chamber during transport for ease of shipping. There is a hydraulic cylinder at the base of the bale chamber to eject the completed bale onto a pallet. Compact bales take up less space than loose waste in bins and recyclers in some areas may offer free collection of bales. Recyclers depending on the volume and type of waste may also offer a rebate on the collected bales. Features Produces a mill-size bale. Ideal for medium to large amounts of material. Dual cylinders for even compaction of waste material. 3 - phase power supply Extras Auto control panel with bale full light and E-stop with locking key sliding top door Galvanised finish Alternative power supplies
