IT BALES MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE, INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL WASTE, RDF (REFUSE DERIVED FUEL) MAC 110L/1 is a waste baler with an output capacity of 40-45 tons/hour. It has been designed for processing municipal solid waste, commercial and industrial waste (C&I) and refuse derived fuel (RDF). It is the medium-sized version of Macpresse models – “L” series (MAC 108L/1, Mac 110L/1, Mac 111L/1, Mac 112), i.e. the series of balers specifically designed for baling any type of material, also non-recyclable materials. Thanks to a series of ad hoc measures, the L series is not affected by the problems relating to bulky materials and the organic fraction of waste. Moreover – as all Mac balers – it features an optimal ratio between thrust pressure and compaction speed. MAC 110L/1 is perfect for transfer stations, landfills and, more generally, for anyone who needs to process considerable flows of different materials. CONTROL PANEL The control panel allows better management and operation of the baler: production parameters can be adjusted (pressure and counterpressure, bale length, etc …), reports and statistics can be checked, and a graphics system allows a real-time diagnosis of malfunctions.
