The MAC 1500 D shredder has been designed and built for destructing confidential documents, in compliance with the strictest international regulations.
The machine consists of a sturdy supporting steel structure suitably dimensioned to withstand the significant stresses exerted by the rotating blades – hinged on the flange rotor – during rotation.
Blades are made of wear-/shock-resistant steel. The lower part of the machine is made of perforated grids to allow the passage of the shred product. The holes diameter determines the size of the pieces.
The hourly output and the paper size vary depending on the diameter of the grid holes.
The two grids are hinged externally on two opposite shafts and can be opened for cleaning and servicing the rotor by means of two hydraulic cylinders.
On request, MAC 1500D can be equipped with a soundproofing cabin to keep noise levels within the limits prescribed by the law.
