DESCRIPTION Co-NETIC® AA Perfection Annealed Foil is used primarily in low intensity fields where high attenuation is desired (high initial permeability & high shielding efficiency). Samples can be found in our Lab Kits, which contain the most popular gauges of Co-NETIC® AA Perfection Annealed alloy. Our Perfection Annealed Foil is considered far superior in shielding performance due to its consistent quality, material composition and our Perfection Annealing process. All gauges are available with optional adhesive backing on 1-side (pressure sensitive tape with release coated liner). Operating temperature range of adhesive is 32ºF to 140ºF (0ºC to 60ºC). Foils can typically be slit to a minimum width of 1/4" (6,35mm), with or without adhesive backing. Foil width tolerance is ±0.010 in / 0,25 mm, or ±0.015 in / 0,38 mm with adhesive backing. Foil is Perfection Annealed for maximum attenuation and acceptable surface appearance. It does not require re-annealing unless severe forming or heliarc welding is performed. Conforms to ASTM A753 Alloy 4, and MIL-N-14411C Comp 1.
