The CB-6000 Materials Monitor is easily adjusted for your materials by entering fiberglass yield (metric or pounds), and resin specific gravity. The built-in microprocessor will compute the proper formula to convert input information into numeric output. The CB-8000 Materials Monitor features an easy to read display, can display in pounds or gallons, the display can be reset remotely, includes a magnetic pickup attached to the fluid section of the pumping system, and the display is protected by a glass/polycarbonate sheet allowing for high visibility. We offer a series of digital electronic Materials Monitoring Systems which may be interfaced with any of our pumping systems to indicate resin flow, chopper glass rate and gelcoat flow. This information may be read as a rate/minute in pounds or kilograms, and may also read as a total per part. A simple comparison of glass and resin will reveal critical glass-to-resin content and allow fine tuning of your system to exact specifications. DISPLAY #1 EXTERIOR Consists of 2.25” tall x 12.00” wide, red LED on black background, displaying 6 segments. This will allow you to track shot sizes up to 9999.99, 99999.9 or 999999 units This display will have a remote reset (length to TBD) so the operator can reset the counter from the area that he is working in. This display was envisioned as the working meter so the operator could specifically target parts of the tank for certain weights.
