Fruit cutting machine GALAN 920

The compact GALAN 920, just like its „big brother” GALAN 930 is most suitable to cut fresh products into precise cubes, strips and slices. Mainly the machine is used in the production of Convenience Food. From meat, poultry, vegetables and fish products for the salad and ready meal industry are produced. It’s cutting area with max. 230 x 100 mm (9” x 4 “) cutting size is most suitable for all poultry and fish applications. Also for the GALAN 920 the products can be raw, marinated, fresh and crust frozen.
