Compressed air dehumidifier

for hygroscopic material

With incorporated hopper present on insulated stainless steel and an outlet air filter, the Dryer DC5-MT is used for dehumidification of hygroscopic materials. There is an elevated output and also reduced energy consumption. The unit uses dry compressed air of net (a Dew-Point average value of -25 °C) that when heated and filtered is then incorporated into the hopper of dehumidification. Unit has pressure switches to check pressure constantly, in line of the compressed air. Its heating resistance power comes from armoured stainless steel. There is a microprocessor electronic control keeps check on the planned set-point of air temperature of the dehumidification. Besides this, it can also check a Venturi loader for automatic loading of material. The main characteristics of Dryer DCS-MT include coalescence filter for inlet air filtration, heating booster provided by insulated stainless steel and resistance of armoured stainless steel.
