Overview
Curve for transporting (Curva) by MAINCER is a curved conveyor designed for conveying and changing direction of ceramic material. It adapts to different product formats and plant conditions and handles tiles and ceramic pieces of varied sizes and shapes.

Versions

• Belt: Continuous belt curves suitable for any material or product size; recommended for plants with a wide range of product dimensions.
• Scales: Scale/plate curves designed to rotate parts on a movable flat surface while maintaining stability during turning.
• Policord: Cord-driven curves dedicated to direction changes of ceramic tiles; typically configured with 2 or 4 cords depending on tile format.

Construction and materials
The Curva can be manufactured in different materials and finishes according to the chosen type: structural tubular steel chassis painted in oven, stainless steel or galvanized steel. Belt/tapis is made of flexible polyurethane for high abrasion resistance. Frame options include aluminium profile, painted steel or galvanized steel on request.

Customization
Widths, lengths, curve radius and angle can be customized to customer requirements. Standard models are available and tailor-made solutions can be produced to meet process and product specifications.

Options and automation
Optional control cabinets, frequency inverters for speed control and start/stop, and other accessories can be supplied to integrate the Curva into the production line and adapt it to the product type and process.
