Overview
The sheet stacker is an automated stacking system designed to stack large-format tiles quickly and safely. The unit raises and lowers an adjustable platform using a scissor chassis driven by either a gear motor with worm screw or a pneumatic piston depending on the load. An electric control panel with touchscreen and PLC manages automatic stacking cycles. The platform receives each tile, lowers to consolidate the stack and is ready for the next piece. The machine is intended for installation at the end of a conveyor line and includes a base for transferring stacked piles to another location.
