The HR 300-570 is a drilling rig of great dimensions, weighing approximately 90-95 tons. It has been purposely designed without mast articulation in order so the mast is stable and can withstand the high torque of the MCS system (Torque multiplier system exclusively available from MAIT). According to your requirements, this rig can be fitted with either a rotary with 233 kNm nominal torque or 270 kNm nominal torque. The HR 300-570 rig succeeds in inserting and extracting casings with a daily 30 % productive increment thanks to the torque multiplier. The MCS system has 57.000 kgm exercised torque from the rotary directly to the casing . This drilling rig is available in two versions; the difference of each version is indicated by the pull-down system that moves the rotary: CP version: standard version with pull-down cylinder. THD version: with crowd winch. This rig is ideal for every type of drilling in which the operation of casing tubes is very frequent, or a daily constant; - Drilling very deep and large diameters for Bored Piles, Casing Oscillators, and Continuous Flight Auger; - Drilling in rocky terrains or hard soil; - Drilling “Omega piles” or “Soil Displacement Auger piles” (SDA); - Diaphragm Walls - Driven piles with hydraulic hammers.
