Its three-station design increases the speed and efficiency of routine quality control while maintaining the accuracy, resolution, and data reduction capabilities needed for research applications. With versatile analysis methods and advanced data reduction, the TriStar II Plus adapts to meet specific application requirements. Features Highly accurate gas management with unique analysis manifold design. Three analysis ports operate simultaneously and independently of one another. Three BET surface area measurements can be performed in less than 20 minutes. For additional throughput, four Micromeritics TriStar units can be operated with one computer. A dedicated P0 port is standard, allowing the measurement of saturation pressure on a continuous basis. Saturation pressure can be entered manually, measured continuously, or collected over the sample. The TriStar II Plus provides the flexibility to control and fine-tune analysis speed and accuracy. Isothermal Jackets ensure a constant thermal profile along the full length of both sample and saturation pressure (P0) tubes. The Dewar design provides up to 40 hours of continuous temperature control.
