Bag Making Machine (Vega/Vega Plus 800/1000/1200) Available in 800/1000/1200 mm Widths Mamata Universal Bag Makers are designed with distinct advantage to our customers. Available in working widths of 800 mm (32”), 1000 mm (40”) and 1200 mm (48”), the top speed on Side Seal is 350 cycles/minute and 150 cycles/minute on Bottom and Mix Seal (skirt side seal). Mamata’s Universal Bag Making Machine is preferred for it’s ability of quickest changeovers from Side seal to Bottom seal or Mix seal Bags. This gives true flexibility of operation to our customers with great consistency in output quality and quantity. You can switch from side seal to bottom seal to Twin seal bag within 10 minutes. The Modular construction of machine allows you to add host of attachments to make value added bags like Soft-Loop Handle Bags, Glue Patch or Heated Patch Handle Bags, Garment bags with Moulded Hangers, Zipper Bags from PE / PP Films, Security / Courier Bags & Envelopes, Sine-wave Top bags, Die-cut handle Bags, Header seal bags, Round / square Boom bags, Duty Free Shopping Bags etc. Our Vega Series offers digital dwell time (Seal time) Control. We also offer Universal Machines in Split roll configuration.
