TRV version of rotary table stands for the most advanced solution when particularly tight rotating times or especially wide working diameters are required. The smallest types of TRV tables involve electric rotation via Direct Drive motor, provided with hydraulic clamping in various sectors. Positioning precision and repeatability is granted by absolute encoders with very high resolution. The biggest versions of TRV rotary table involve electric rotation via double Brushless motor with precision reducer instead. In these big TRV tables position and rigidity are granted by Hirth coupling with hydraulic locking. This range of rotary tables is composed by six different models among which Riello chooses the best solution depending on the working diameter required by the machine, which can be up to 2.400 mm.
