The MANES SE300 and SE500 oscillating granulators are particularly suitable for dry granulation processes of delicate materials, and in processes where a complete and rapid cleaning of all the parts in contact with the product is necessary. The rotor movement system is managed by PLC and allows alternatively alternating movement or continuous movement. Among the various settings, it is possible to set the number of revolutions or revolution fractions during both continuous and alternating movement. The machine is built completely in stainless steel and polymers that comply with FDA regulations. Thanks to a complete disassembly of all the product contact parts, without the aid of tools, MANES granulators are particularly suitable for pharmaceutical, food and chemical applications. Depending on the design, the entire granulation tank can be autoclaved for steam sterilisation. In the department it will be enough to secure it, without tools, to the motorisation to resume the next processing. The granulation shaft seals are mounted on a removable cup with compressed air (MANES patent). The extraction is controlled by a button or an air compressed socket mounted on the body of the granulator. SE granulators can be certified for ATEX zone 2/22 or 1/21.
