MD240128A is a monochrome 240x128 graphic LCD display module which is having the outline size 144 x 104 mm and viewing area size of 114 x 61 mm. This 240x128 graphic LCD display is built in with T6963C controller IC or compatible IC. It supports 6800 8-bit parallel interface and 5V power supply. It's easily controlled by MCU such as 8051,PIC,AVR,ARDUINO,ARM and Raspberry Pi.It can be used in any embedded systems,industrial device,security,medical and hand-held equipment.
