Sealing head for metal tubes by single, double and saddle fold. Accurate automatic tube orientation by registration mark scanner. Device for nozzle cleaning and closing by compressed air (no-drop system). 130 mm diving nozzle stroke for a bottom up better filling of the product, with adjustable stroke. Alphanumeric machine function display T&S of 10”, suitable for Industry 4.0. Centralised lubricant system for an easy maintenance program. Record up to 100 different recipes. Up to 16 turntable stations. Bar code reading device (option). Special injectors for bi-colours, or three colours toothpaste (option). Ergonomic tube loader (option).
