EXTRAFILL 10 is an automatic machine for filling, in-line weighing, and capping RTU containers in Tub/Nest, such as syringes (glass/plastic), vials, and cartridges with a flanged ring, pre-capped and placed with the mouth downwards. The machine is also capable of handling RTU vials supplied in Nested-Tray. The standard model includes a high-speed robotic Denesting/Detraying unit. Main features: Assembly technology with mechanical parts accessible from the rear and process parts from the front; Easy integration on the pharmaceutical wall with access for routine maintenance from the rear to avoid contamination of the process area, fully compliant with GMP Annex 1 Par. 5.3.
