Complete filling line Description The complete automatic filling/dosing line manufactured by MarCoPack is a production line usually consisting of a filler, capper and labeller, with the option of including complementary solutions to adapt to a wide variety of containers used in the chemical, cosmetic, food, etc. sectors. The production lines may work with different types of liquid products, fluid or dense, foaming or non-foaming, and prepared in different packaging formats. Our production lines are distinguished by their ease of use and cleanliness and are made of stainless materials that guarantee aseptic filling. In sectors such as food or phytosanitary, A-316 steel is used, which increases resistance to corrosion and high temperatures. MarCoPack’s design department is in charge of projecting the production line taking into account the characteristics of the company’s facilities and type of production, with the aim of achieving maximum optimisation of the customer’s resources. Composed of: Dosing machine adaptable to different sectors such as: chemical, pharmaceutical, food, etc. It works with different types of products such as dense, foamy, and containers. Depending on the client's needs, it can be composed of 2 to 12 filling nozzles. Capper with a robust and versatile design for the placement and closure of caps. Thanks to its cap lifter, the loading is done in a quick and easy way, controlled by a user-friendly touch screen for the adjustment of the different parameters. Self-adhesive labelling machine to apply one or two labels, depending on the customer's needs on cylindrical, flat or oval containers. Adaptable to different container sizes.
