Machine suitable for the formation of carton cases of “American” type with simultaneous sealing of the lower flaps with hot glue through a HOT MELT unit. Compact and sturdy framework of painted steel. Carton magazine with continuous load: the stacks of blanks are put in the vertical magazine without having to stop the machine. The loading height enables the operator to work in standing position without any effort. Capacity of the magazine of about 100 cases (various types of magazines available to order). Electromechanical arm for blank gripping with transfer, opening and closure of the lower flaps of the case. Case forwarding carriage with orthogonal system for perfect squaring of the case. Optional possibility of having double opening arm to use cartons right and/or claims. Rapid format change through revolution counter and millimetric scales without using any wrenches. Motorization controlled through variable speed drive inverter for progressive and soft starts/stops.
