Machine suitable for the palletizing of cartons or cases in layers at crossed planes and not with processing from the bottom. Solid and sturdy portal framework in painted steel. Double-column framework of painted carbon steel bearing the palletizing head. The horizontal and vertical movements of the head are operated by motors controlled through inverters with progressive variable speed. A contrast pneumo-mechanic PIVOT operated by a control PLC is installed on the motorized roller conveyor at the inlet to orient the cartons according to the palletizing configuration. Motorized transport on board of the machine where the configuration of the layers is performed row by row with the possibility of creating spaces, if necessary, with a step-by-step system. A pusher mounted on a double-column framework and operated through an inverter with progressive variable speed, transfers the pre-formed rows on an intermediate plane and only after completing the formation transfers it on the palletizing head. The palletizing head is of central-opening type with sliding of the two half-parts in opposite directions: this technology allows a perfect centring of the products thanks to the balances distribution of the weight on the whole surface of the pallet. The palletizing head is equipped with three manually adjusted pneumatic compactors and a mechanical motorized one with automatic positioning allowing the squaring of every single layer before and during the laying-down.
