Description

Machine suitable for taking bottles or containers accumulated according to a predetermined conformation and their introduction into cardboard boxes or plastic baskets. Single-column structure on which the head-holder arm performs motorized movements to pick up and place the bottles in the cartons. Container gripping head suitable, with the appropriate accessories, for the treatment of: 3 cartons of 12 bottles at a time, 6 cartons of 6 bottles at a time. The movement of the heads (back and forth on the arm) is controlled by a special worm screw with variable pitch which ensures handling of the containers with gradual movements and without shocks. All movements are on high precision sliding parts. Product accumulation conveyor with multiple parallel chains with low friction coefficient, complete with adjustable bottle guide sides. A carton centering unit keeps the flaps open to facilitate perfect introduction into the containers without damaging the labels. Optional: Device for sorting bottles from 1 to 3 rows, with relative conveyor equipped with chains with a low coefficient of friction, to optimize the composition of the conformations of the bottles to be processed. Adjustable and motorized multi-format gripping head for format change directly from Touch-Screen.
