Furthermore, the conveyor produces barely any air swirl during operation. The system with the AF drive version has been developed by the Fraunhofer Institute with an air cleanliness class of 4 in no-load operation, a class of 4 during accumulated operation, and a certified class of 7 for use in cleanrooms.
