Mastip’s Multi-Gate solutions are engineered specifically for challenging applications requiring close pitch gates in restricted areas where conventional gating methods aren’t possible. Multi-Gate tips are constructed of a highly conductive alloy ensuring an excellent thermal profile. They are designed to allow for balanced flow achieving simultaneous filling via direct side gating and direct axial gating. Multi-Gate applications are suitable for processing polyolefin polymers and are available in various configurations to suit the number of gates required and part design.
